You collect wood, fill the heater, and light the fire.
You will hear stories about the Finnish sauna, its rituals and the meaning of sauna bathing, as well as tales of the sauna as a place for beginnings and endings of life.
The sauna is not just a place to bathe, it is so much more.
You will collect ingredients for a nourishing foot bath directly from the meadow.
You add wood to the heater, and prepare the steam room and the bathing water.
Then you simply relax and enjoy the löyly.
Perhaps you want to treat your skin with mud from the lake.
Afterward, you can sit back and enjoy a restorative drink, and share your experience – if you wish.

Use of bench covers is mandatory
Move calmly: touch only the wooden parts in the heated room
We teach how to create a gentle sauna experience
Monitor your well-being: if the heat starts to feel too intense, go outside
Drink water regularly
Do not bring drinks or food into the heated room
Observe sauna peace, so not to disturb the sauna spirit:
